We offer free shipping on all domestic purchases over $75.
How does shipping work?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be received and processed. Once processed, your order will be fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Pacific Time), excluding major holidays. All orders received after 1pm Pacific Time will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email which will include your tracking number(s). Please note tracking information can take up to 48 hours to activate. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please allow a few extra days in the above shipping timelines to receive your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to few selected countries. All international orders may require signature upon delivery. Please note that shipping charges do not include international tariffs, customs, duties, or any relevant taxes and customers will be responsible for them. Please contact the customs office in your country for more information and requirements to clear customs.
We are not responsible for refunds for the following reasons:
Packages refused due to country's law, duties, taxes.
Packages are not picked up by the recipient at the local holding facility.
Packages can not clear customs due to restrictions.
Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
Do you pay for customs, duties and/or taxes?
VIVI Naturals is not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes applied to your order. Any customs, duties and/or taxes imposed during or after shipping are solely the customer’s responsibility.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box?
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. box addresses at this time.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
VIVI Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not provide shipping insurance. Please note we will not replace or refund an order for a package that is presumed lost or stolen.
If your package is lost or stolen, contact your shipping carrier to conduct a lost package search or to take advantage of any available shipping insurance they may offer. Once tracking information is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the package arrives safely.
What if there’s an issue or defect with my order or package?
In the unlikely event that items in your VIVI Naturals order arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the item. We will gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) returned.
What if I need to change the address for my recent order?
To request an address change, please email email@example.com with your correct shipping address. We can't guarantee an address update after an order has been placed, but we'll certainly do our best!
Once orders are processed, we cannot change the shipping address. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package.
We are not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses entered by customers.
Regarding shipments that are unclaimed / refused parcels / wrong addresses:
Should a package or parcel be returned to VIVI Naturals due to an inaccurate shipping address as provided by the customer, we will cancel the order and refund 80% of the order total to compensate for the returned item(s).
Unclaimed parcels are not refundable if customers do not accept the parcels or pick up the parcel at their local post office when a notice is left for pick up. We will not issue any refunds for unclaimed parcels.
If a parcel is returned as "undeliverable status," we will confirm the shipping address with the recipient and attempt to resend. We suggest providing an alternative address if your preferred shipping carrier is having issues delivering to the address. Should your parcel be returned again as "undeliverable status," then additional shipping charges will be incurred to resend, or we will refund you the price of the product minus shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your VIVI Naturals purchase. We are committed to offering the safest and highest quality products on the market and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make.
Your VIVI Naturals purchase may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to return or exchange and we'll take care of the rest.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in. Ingestible items including but not limited to gummies, powdered supplements or other food items are not returnable and not eligible for a refund. Only regular, full-priced merchandise is eligible for a return and refund – sale items are exchange only. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for any returns and/or exchanges.
If you would like to initiate an exchange, please return the original item(s) using the return instructions and contact us at email@example.com to let us know which item or items you would like to exchange for. If your requested exchange is for a product with a lesser value, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original form of payment. If your requested exchange is for a product with a greater value, the difference will be collected from your original form of payment before your exchange is processed.
Please note – if your original purchase was made during a promotion or with a promo code and you wish to exchange it, we will apply it to your exchange provided the promotion is still active on our site and has not expired. If the promotion or promo code has expired, it will not be applied to your exchange.
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point.
Can I return or exchange gifted items?
We want you to be delighted with your VIVI Naturals gift! Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange your gift for a product you’ll really love. We will exchange any gift merchandise purchased directly from our website that is in new, unused condition with proof of purchase. Your gift may be exchanged for any other VIVI Naturals merchandise that is of equal or greater value. If the merchandise requested is for a value greater than the gifted item, you will be responsible to pay the difference in order to receive the new item. Gifted merchandise will be valued at the current selling price to determine the exchange value.
Please note we do not offer refunds for gifted items.
Where do I ship my return/exchange?
Email us at email@example.com and we will assist you in preparing your return/exchange. Unauthorized returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Please package your items in a box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in). Be sure to print and include a copy of your order confirmation email with your shipment. For returns, please include the following additional information:

A note about why you’re returning the item(s)
You may ship your return with the shipping carrier of your choice. For your safety, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that the shipping carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the returned item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already paid to you. We do not refund shipping and/or handling change.
We will not issue any refund for items returned outside the 30-day return window referenced above.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund the entire amount of your order if your order has not already been processed for shipping.
If your order has already has been processed, please return the item by following the aforementioned guidelines.

Terms. & Conditions
Only VIVI Naturals products purchased on vivinaturals.com may be returned for refund or exchange. We will not accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. All gift card sales are final. Shipping costs and gift-wrapping services are not eligible for refunds.
Complimentary gift with purchase items must be included to be eligible for a full refund. Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange. We do not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets - you must return the complete set for a refund.
